Park unit and trailhead Look-up tool
Use the “Search” field to the right to find a Park Unit or Trailhead.
For example, searching “sope” will return “Cochran Shoals” for the Park Unit and “Sope Creek” for the Trailhead.
Submit SErvice Request
Use this form to submit non-urgent requests to be addressed by park staff and authorized volunteers. For urgent requests, please use the following contact numbers:

Perviously Submitted Requests
On April 24, 2025 the Service Request form was updated to use a new system.
“Open” requests were copied into the new system and are available below. Closed request prior to this date have been archived.
This new system allows you to edit your previously submitted requests, including closing requests that have been fixed or otherwise no longer need attention.
To edit requests, find the desired entry in the table below, click “Details”, and on the new page, scroll down to click the “Edit” button. While editing, if you’d like to close the request, scroll down to the “Status” field and change the option from “Open” to “Closed”.
